At Cutesy India, we take pride in crafting thoughtful, personalized gifts with love and care. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🎁 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You report the issue within 3 days of delivery

  • You share clear unboxing video and photographs as proof

🚫 We DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged or wrong item)

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Delays caused by courier partners (out of our control)


🔄 Replacement Process

  1. Email us at contact@cutesy.in within 3 days of delivery

  2. Include your Order ID, issue details, and unboxing video/photos

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

  4. If eligible, we will:

    • Send a replacement at no extra cost

    • Or issue a store credit/refund, based on the situation


💸 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only:

  • If the product is unavailable for replacement

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your preferred payment method within 5–7 working days.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns, customers are required to ship the product back to us at their own expense.
    We do not offer courier charge reimbursements for return shipments.


📌 Important Notes

  • Always keep the original packaging intact for returns.

  • Refunds/replacements will not be issued without proper proof (video/photo).

  • Return policies may vary slightly during sales or promotional campaigns.
