Placing an order

At Cutesy India, we specialize in unique, personalized, and handmade gifts that bring smiles to every occasion. From photo cutouts, custom nameplates, photo magnets, and framed memories to home decor, handicrafts, quirky accessories, keychains, and wooden mementos — each item is crafted with love to make your gifting experience special and memorable.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Just browse our collection, choose your favorite product and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout process by entering your details and making payment — and you’re done!

Can I customize a gift?

Yes, most of our products can be personalized with names, photos, dates, or messages. Just follow the instructions on the product page or contact us if you have special customization needs.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer elegant gift wrapping on request. You can contact us on [email protected] while placing your order.

Can I return an unused and unopened item?

Since most of our products at Cutesy India are custom-made or personalized just for you, we do not accept returns for unused or unopened items. However, if you’ve received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery — we’ll make it right!

Shipping & delivery

What is the delivery timeline?

Personalized products usually take 5–8 business days to be handcrafted and delivered. For ready-to-ship items, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Has my order been placed?

Once your order is successfully placed on Cutesy India, you’ll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp with your order details. If you haven’t received it within 30 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder — or feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

I cannot order or find a product - What does this mean?

If you’re unable to place an order or can’t find a product, it may be temporarily out of stock or discontinued. Sometimes, it’s also due to limited-time collections or custom pieces that are no longer available. Still need it? Just message us — we’re happy to help or suggest similar options!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order — but only within 1 hour of placing it. Since most of our gifts are personalized and made-to-order, once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel quickly, please contact us immediately through WhatsApp or email.

Can I add a product to an order?

It is not possible to add or remove items in an existing order. However, you can make another order. Contact our customer service and we will confirm when or if the change has been made.

Can I order by phone or email?

Absolutely! If you prefer a personal touch, you can place your order via WhatsApp, phone call, or email. Just share the product details, customization info (if any), and delivery address — our team will guide you through the rest.

Payment

Can I change my shipping address?

If you want to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order is processed as soon as it has entered our system. Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes. We can therefore not guarantee that we will be able to make the change for you.

What happens if my order is delayed?

We always aim to deliver on time, but occasionally, delays can happen due to high demand, customization time, or courier issues. If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp. Rest assured, we’re tracking it closely and will ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.

When will my order be sent?

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days, depending on the level of customization. You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is shipped. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Where is my package?

To track your order, please add your order number and the email address used when placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send a delivery confirmation by email or WhatsApp with tracking number / package ID. By clicking the tracking link in the delivery confirmation, you will be directed to the tracking page where you will be able to track your parcel.

What if I have not received my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7–10 working days of dispatch, please check your tracking link for the latest updates. Still no luck? Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number — we’ll investigate it immediately and ensure you receive your order or a resolution.

Where is my invoice?

Your invoice is automatically sent to your registered email once the order is confirmed. If you didn’t receive it or need it again, just contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number — we’ll resend it right away.

I am having an issue with paying at checkout.

We’re sorry you’re facing trouble! Please try the following steps:

Check your internet connection.
Refresh the page and try again.
Try an alternate payment method (like UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

If the issue still persists, just WhatsApp or email us — we’ll assist you immediately and even help you place the order manually if needed.
